you see something interesting, and sometimes your pictures turn out even more interesting (or amusing) than you expected.

This small child most likely had a pleasant day with her family. They saw some huge Clydesdale horses in some type of procession.
Her father or another relative could have persuaded her to turn around so they could photograph her after she had the guts to pet the horses.
The cameraman asked the small girl to say ‘cheese’ as she stood in front of the lovely horses.
